Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc.: Primary designer/site owner & employees or affiliates.

Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. will carry out work only where an agreement is provided either by email, telephone, mail, fax or initiated by an order placed through www.mdsitecraft.com. Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. will carry out work only for clients who are 18 years of age or above. An 'order' is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. and the client, this includes telephone and email agreements.

Whilst every endeavor will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.

The website template, template graphics and any programming code remain the property of Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. unless other specific agreements are made.

Any scripts, applications, or software (unless specifically agreed otherwise) written by Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. remain the copyright of Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. and may not be commercially reproduced or resold.

Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.

If a client wishes to make any website programming request which does not come standard with the Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. medical website design package, they may contact Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. for a quote. Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. does not guarantee that all requests can be carried out on behalf of the client.

The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. all materials (page content, images, etc.) required to complete the site to the agreed standard.

Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure of the client to produce required materials.

The client is expected to test fully and proofread their site developed by Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. before being made generally available for use. Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due negligence of the client to test and proofread the site.

Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner.

Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to any work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.

Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents.

Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. cannot take responsibility for any losses incurred by the use of any software created for the client. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure products are problem free and accurate, the ultimate responsibility lies with the client in ensuring that all software is functioning correctly before use.

Any scripts, applications or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. remain the copyright of Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. and may not be commercially reproduced or resold.

The client is expected to test fully and proofread any application or programming relating to a site developed by Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. before being made generally available for use. Where "bugs", errors or other issues are found after the site is live, Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. will endeavor (but is not obliged to) to correct these issues to meet the agreed upon standards.

Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. will endeavor to ensure that any developed/designed site or application will function correctly on the server it is initially installed in and that it will function correctly when viewed with the web browsing software Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 7 and to an acceptable level with Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Netscape Navigator, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari browsers. Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. can offer no guarantees of correct function with all browser software, as constant changes and revisions are being made to these browsers.

Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of the website hosting service, or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss.

Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. reserve the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial, and also to terminate the website service should the necessity arise.

Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. will register a domain name in behalf of the client upon the purchase of a medical website design package. Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. owns the rights to said domain name, unless the client wishes to purchase the rights.

Full payment for the initial website package is required and a subscription agreement for monthly maintenance fees must be made before any work will be carried out by Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc.

If the client decides to cancel the use of their website, a request must be made by email, fax, or mail. The website will be removed from the server, and the client may no longer use the template, hosting, or domain name. If the client wishes to purchase the rights to the domain name that has been registered by Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc, they may request this in writing. If a client has registered a domain name independently of Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc., the client will retain the rights to that domain. Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. will not refund the payment made for the initial website package or monthly maintenance fees that have been paid in advance. The client will no longer be responsible for monthly maintenance fees if they have chosen to pay on a month-to-month basis.

Informal procedure
Anyone who experiences a problem with their web service provided by Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. should raise the matter directly by sending an email to support@mdsitecraft.com, giving sufficient information to locate the material (such as an url) and clearly outlining the grounds for complaint. Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc. will approach the individual responsible for the material in question with a view to resolving the matter to the satisfaction of the complainant.

Formal complaints procedure
The formal complaints procedure should only be used where the complainant feels that the nature of the complaint is too serious to be dealt with informally, or where a satisfactory conclusion has not been reached after following the informal procedure.

A formal complaint should be made in writing to Royal Forest Enterprises, Inc., who will acknowledge receipt and ensure that the matter is looked into as soon as possible. An initial response to any complaint can be expected within seven days of its receipt; a full and considered response to the complaint should be completed within 30 days and any subsequent remedy implemented with the minimum of delay.
